Back in the day, when I was going to the Fennario Open Mic and performing old Kim Jong Ill songs (this was before The Blackwolf Tapes was even an idea) and even older Blackwolf songs a young emcee named Voss took me aside and said, "You know what I would like to hear?" "What's that?" "New Blackwolf songs." I wrote most of this song that night. The third verse I wrote driving to a good friend's funeral in Pittsburgh. It was the first song that sparked my resurgence into Blackwolf music. To this day it is one of the best songs I've written (in my opinion) and one of the most honest portrayals of my belief system.
